The lodge and our waterfront property is a wonderful venue for a small wedding ceremony. Create special memories with a unique picturesque location for your
microwedding or minimony.
A Ceremony can be held in the lodge, on the large deck overlooking the lake, on the grassy lawn, or right on the beach.
From a pricing perspective, we make a distinction between guests staying at the lodge and guests that are coming for the wedding.
For guests staying at the lodge, the base rent includes up to 12 people. Additional people are $40/person per night. The lodge can hold up to about 24 depending on sleeping arrangements.
For wedding guests, they are welcome for the day of the event but must leave by 10pm. There is an event fee for weddings which depends on the number of attendees.
For less than 20, it is $1000, 20-40 it is $1800 and 41-80 it is $2500. We aren't able to accommodate weddings with more than 80 total guests.
The event fee is added to the lodge rent as a separate line item.
For 20 or more, the rental also comes with the the ability to bring RVs, campers etc, and includes rental of the property that we own to the north that has another location
that can be used for the ceremony right on the lake, as well as places for RVs and extensive parking. It also includes $800 that we pay for pumping both tanks of the septic system after the event.
The wedding event can either be on the deck, on the lawn, on a grassy area on the lakeside overlooking the lake, down at the beach itself,
or at the north beach area which includes shaded area with trees if that is preferable. You may optionally provide your own catering, other services, or equipment rentals.
